This allows me to create a peaceful, private, and personalized environment where you can truly relax. A home-based setting means less foot traffic, more flexibility in scheduling, and a deeper focus on your comfort and wellness. Guests often say it feels warmer, more intentional, and less rushed than commercial spaces. Every detail is curated with care to support your healing—no waiting rooms, just a welcoming retreat designed for your mind and body to exhale.

We offer four (4) tiers of membership:

• Sage Membership: Includes one 60-minute session per month.

• Green Membership: Includes one 90-minute session per month.

• Bronze Membership: Includes two 60-minute sessions per month.

• Gold Membership: Includes two 90-minute sessions per month, plus additional perks.

Each membership has various benefits, including session flexibility, free enhancements, and discounts.

• One - Two Massage Therapy Sessions Per Month: Depending on your choice of membership, you receive one or two sessions every month.

• Free Enhancements: Enjoy up to two (2) complimentary enhancements per session.

• Third Month Free: After three (3) consecutive months of membership, your fourth (4th) month is on us; meaning FREE.

• Complimentary Tea: Enjoy a complimentary tea from The Healing Garden Café with each session.

• Referral Discount: Receive a 10% discount on your next service for each successful referral (the referral must mention your name at checkout).

  • Complimentary Enhancement: Receive a free enhancement for each session to elevate the experience.

  • 20% off any session: Enjoy 20% off any session outside your complimentary massage.

  • Waived Cancellation Fee: You may waive a $30 cancellation fee on complimentary massages.

  • Share: You may share this membership with two (2) family friends.

You have the freedom to use your allotted session time as you wish.

For example, if you have two sessions totaling 180 minutes, you can distribute that time across multiple appointments or use it all at once, depending on your preference.

Membership fees are billed monthly on the same day each month. Memberships will automatically renew unless canceled as per the termination terms.

Yes, you may request to place your membership on hold for personal reasons for up to 3 months. During this hold period, billing will be temporarily suspended. Once you're ready to resume, your membership will be reinstated.

By Member: You can cancel your membership by providing at least 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle. Any unused sessions must be booked within 60 days of cancellation. If you cancel before the end of the third month, you will not be eligible for the complimentary fourth month. Any promotional offers or incentives are forfeited upon cancellation.

By Zen Tribe Massage Studio: We reserve the right to terminate your membership if you violate studio policies, fail to comply with payment terms or engage in behavior that compromises the safety and comfort of the therapist.

We do not offer refunds for unused sessions or membership fees if you terminate your membership early. You may gift your sessions to family or friends. Make sure to use your sessions within the valid timeframe.

You can refer a friend by having them mention your name at checkout. Once their session is completed, you will receive a 10% discount on your next service. There's no limit to the number of referral discounts you can receive.

If you cannot attend a scheduled session, please notify us immediately. Sessions canceled without adequate notice may result in forfeiture of that session time.

No, there is no booking fee for members when scheduling a session. However, we do require a card on file when booking any appointment.

We require a card on file to secure your appointment and to apply any applicable cancellation fees if necessary. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless you cancel without proper notice.

Yes, the cancellation fee applies to all members regardless of tier (Sage, Green, Bronze, or Gold) unless you're redeeming a complimentary massage session, in which case the cancellation fee is waived.

Yes, you can share your membership benefits with up to two family members or friends. They can use your allocated massage sessions, but the booking must be made under your name, and the card on file will be charged for any additional fees such as additional enhancements.

Family and friends who share your membership will only have access to your massage sessions. They will not receive separate benefits such as discounts on referrals or complimentary enhancements.
